Last year two international seminars on&nbsp;the&nbsp;most topical issues of&nbsp;domestic occupational pathology were held under the&nbsp;auspices of&nbsp;European Regional Committee of&nbsp;the&nbsp;WHO regional office for&nbsp;Europe&nbsp;&mdash; detection, course and&nbsp;registration of&nbsp;occupational diseases. It&nbsp;was useful and&nbsp;informative first of&nbsp;all from the&nbsp;point of&nbsp;view of&nbsp;correlation of&nbsp;foreign and&nbsp;domestic approaches to&nbsp;these problems. Leading foreign and&nbsp;domestic experts in&nbsp;this sphere of&nbsp;medical science were invited. As&nbsp;a&nbsp;result there was a&nbsp;lively, exceptionally professional and&nbsp;interesting discussion.<\/p>\n<p>This experience was used this year too. Round table was devoted to&nbsp;the&nbsp;aspects of&nbsp;providing facilities in&nbsp;sanatoria and&nbsp;health resorts for&nbsp;people working in&nbsp;adverse and&nbsp;harmful conditions. It&nbsp;is good that this Round table took place in&nbsp;parallel with the&nbsp;exhibition MedTravelExpo which substantiated theoretical dogmas of&nbsp;the&nbsp;event.<\/p>\n<p>It&nbsp;was a&nbsp;constructive conversation of&nbsp;all parties interested in&nbsp;this problem&nbsp;&mdash; first of&nbsp;all the&nbsp;employer, Social Insurance Fund as&nbsp;well as&nbsp;sanatoria and&nbsp;health resort institutions. The&nbsp;speeches of&nbsp;RAS Academician A.&nbsp;Razumov, RAS Corresponding Member I.&nbsp;Bukhtiyarov, Professor E.&nbsp;Poteryaeva (Novosibirsk) and&nbsp;N.&nbsp;Roslaya (Ekaterinburg) were wonderful.
