{"id":460,"date":"2018-04-24T13:40:55","date_gmt":"2018-04-24T10:40:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/irioh.ru\/en\/?page_id=460"},"modified":"2018-04-24T13:41:21","modified_gmt":"2018-04-24T10:41:21","slug":"science-department-of-occupational-diseases","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/irioh.ru\/en\/science-department-of-occupational-diseases\/","title":{"rendered":"Department of occupational and work-related disease"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5>Clinical department carries out scientific research activities, develops and implements:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>New methodologies in studying the mechanisms of  pathological processes development among the workers of industrial enterprises, agriculture and transport using the modern methodological approaches at biological (organismic), systemic, cellular and sub-cellular levels<\/li>\n<li>Clinical and laboratory criteria for the diagnostics of lesions in the  respiratory, cardiovascular, nervous, skeletal and muscular systems, skin, hepato-biliary system, gastrointestinal tract and excretory system, in order to determine the importance of dysfunction,  considering  the  specific effects of the occupational factors\u2019 impact, individual reactions, objectification of specific and nonspecific damages, the risk assessment of the development of occupational and work-related pathologies with the subsequent development of pathogenetically substantiated prevention and therapy<\/li>\n<li>Informative complexes of early diagnostics of modern forms of occupational and work-related diseases aimed at the improvement of  the prevention effectiveness at  different stages of medical care<\/li>\n<li>Biomarkers of individual sensitivity to the harmful industrial factors\u2019 impact<\/li>\n<li>New preventive technologies that ensure early diagnosis and  have a corrective effect on the functional state of the workers\u2019 organism<\/li>\n<li>Rehabilitation principles and new methods of  drug and non- drug therapy for the main forms of occupational diseases<\/li>\n<li>Preventive programs for  people engaged in the harmful and dangerous working conditions, taking into account  negative social factors (smoking, alcohol, unhealthy diet)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Studies and evaluates:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>The influence of the industrial environment factors on the development of the most common forms of non-communicable diseases with the purpose to preserve the workers\u2019 health and their ability to work<\/li>\n<li>The effectiveness of the use of different preventive drugs, including personal protective equipment, rations of therapeutic and preventive nutrition, mineral-vitamin complexes, biologically active additives, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Modern means of pathogenetic therapy of occupational, work-related and most common forms of non-communicable diseases<\/li>\n<li>Risk criteria for the development of occupational and work-related diseases<\/li>\n<li>A causal relationship between health disorders and affecting factors with the use of evidence-based medicine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Executes:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitoring the effectiveness of carrying out therapeutic, preventive and rehabilitation measures, by dynamically measuring the most informative sensitive and specific biomarkers;<\/li>\n<li>Clinical drugs\u2019 tests<\/li>\n<li>Clinical epidemiological studies to develop objective criteria for the assessment of the impact of different industrial factors (chemical, physical, industrial aerozols, functional overstrain) on the worker\u2019s organism<\/li>\n<li>Development of draft methodological and normative documents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Clinical department carries out scientific research activities, develops and implements: New methodologies in studying the mechanisms of pathological processes development among the workers of industrial enterprises, agriculture and transport using the modern methodological approaches at biological (organismic), systemic, cellular and sub-cellular levels Clinical and laboratory criteria for the diagnostics of lesions in the respiratory, cardiovascular, &hellip;
