{"id":401,"date":"2018-04-24T10:05:17","date_gmt":"2018-04-24T07:05:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/irioh.ru\/en\/?page_id=401"},"modified":"2018-04-24T10:05:17","modified_gmt":"2018-04-24T07:05:17","slug":"science-priority","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/irioh.ru\/en\/science-priority\/","title":{"rendered":"Priority directions of fundamental and applied research works of the Institute"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>The improvement of the methodology for assessing the connection between working conditions and the origin of occupational and work-related diseases.<\/li>\n<li>Searching, justification and choice of unified indicators and assessment criteria of the workers\u2019 health and work environment for the improvement of social and hygienic monitoring.<\/li>\n<li>The development of theoretical bases of general laws\u2019 establishment and the mechanisms of the industrial environment factors\u2019 influence (chemical, physical and biological) and working process\u2019 influence at the workers\u2019 health in order to justify effective preventive, diagnostic, treatment methods as well as rehabilitation of adequate medical and organizational technologies on reducing the negative impact of working conditions on the workers\u2019 health, including reproductive health.<\/li>\n<li>The development of fundamental health problems and physical development of working age population on the basis of studying the organism\u2019 main systems, as well as the adaptive and reserve capabilities of the workers in changed working and social conditions.<\/li>\n<li>The improvement and the development of new preventive technologies, which ensure hygienic safety, efficiency of industrial ergonomics and early detection of pre-illness conditions, and also the technologies (including science-intensive and cellular) that have a corrective effect on the functional condition of the workers.<\/li>\n<li>The development of scientific bases for the prevention of medical and social consequences of the psycho-emotional stress among the workers in working conditions.<\/li>\n<li>The development of scientifically based approaches to the assessment and management of occupational health risks and their informational support taking into account the current concepts of WHO, ILO and the European Union.<\/li>\n<li>The development of principles and methods of scientific and medical support for the projects of social insurance in production taking into account the classes of working conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Scientific substantiation and development of the system of medical, social and labor rehabilitation.<\/li>\n<li>The complex development of the scientific basis of occupational health and industrial ecology, including in the leading industries.<\/li>\n<li>Scientific substantiation of hygienic norms of industrial environment factors and labor process.<\/li>\n<li>The harmonization of sanitary norms and statistics with the documents of WHO, ILO and the European Union.<\/li>\n<li>The development of NBIC- technologies (nano-, bio-, info- and kogno-technologies) in the light of occupational health\u2019 tasks.<\/li>\n<li>The participation in the development of an incipient modern concept; \u201cfrom illness to good health\u201d (\u201cfrom illness to wellness\u201d).<\/li>\n<li>The participation in the implementation of the federal, sectoral and regional programs and projects, as well as the development and the expertise of the state and sectoral programs and normative legal acts in the sphere of occupational health.<\/li>\n<li>The development of the medical care standards in occupational diseases.<\/li>\n<li>The coordination of scientific research within the framework of the Scientific Council on the medical and ecological problems of workers\u2019 health.<\/li>\n<li>The development and presentation of analytical materials, scientific forecasts and reports on the health status of Russia\u2019s workers in the federal executive bodies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The improvement of the methodology for assessing the connection between working conditions and the origin of occupational and work-related diseases.
