Workshop “How to work with the foreigners and minimize headache?”
May 16th, 2018, the workshop devoted to the different aspects of the employment of foreigners at the territory of the Russian Federation took place in the state budgetary institution “Moscow small business” within the framework of the businessmen support Program on the base of Business Service Center of Northern Administrative Okrug (speaker — U. Guriyanova, head of HR Department of “Guta Group” company, specialist for the projects of HR direction and personnel records management). The program of the workshop included the sections concerned the status of foreign citizens in Russia, restrictions on the employment of foreign employees, instructions on registration of foreign employees in the staff of Russian company. Risk options and penalties for the employers in case of violations of the current legislation of the Russian Federation were also discussed.
Y. Alizade, postgraduate student of the Laboratory of labor physiology and preventive ergonomics of the department for the Study of Hygienic Problems in Occupational Health took part in the workshop. She initiated the discussion on the problem of the foreign workers' health care, such as medical examination and obtaining the conclusion of medical examination results while registering their documents to be admitted to work in Russia.
