The II International Scientific Forum
“Health and safety at workplace”
From 6 to 8 June 2018 in Minsk, the Republic of Belarus, the II International Scientific Forum “Health and safety in the workplace” was held, in which took part more than 200 health and safety specialists from Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.
Heads of the Belarusian Republican Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Emergency Situations addressed the participants and guests at the opening of the Forum, and on behalf of the organizers – A.N. Gomenyuk (RCLS) and E.E. Shigan (AMT and FSBSI RIOH).
The program of the Forum consisted of the Plenary and several sectional sessions (Occupational Health, Labor Safety, Opportunities of modern training of workers in first aid skills, Ergonomics and psychology of work, industrial, fire and environmental safety), master classes (Development of methods of cardiopulmonary resuscitation; Workplace is a good platform for introducing innovative health technologies) and excursion trips to large educational and industrial enterprises in Belarus (University of Civil Defense of the Belarus MES, LCC “Minsk Tractor Plant”).
From Izmerov Research Institute of Occupational Health (Moscow) reports have done Evgeny Shigan and Nina Rubtsova.
By Competition of Scientific Works of Young Scientists and Specialists Forum finished its work.
