FASO Russia – Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia

The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation was established on May 15, 2018 in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation “On the Structure of the Federal Executive Authorities”.

On May 18, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin signed decrees on the composition of the new Government. In accordance with Article 83 (d) of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Kotyukov was appointed Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.
