The first meeting of the WHO Global Network on Chemicals and Health

From 6 to 8 November 2018, the first meeting of the WHO Global Network on Chemicals and Health was held in Geneva (Switzerland), which was created as part of the WHO roadmap approved at the 2017 WHA to enhance the role of the health sector in the Strategic Approach to international chemicals management.

The purpose of the event is to discuss the goals and objectives of the future work of this network, as well as the exchange of experience in implementing the roadmap in WHO Member States.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the world’s largest research centers engaged in research in the field of general hygiene and the environment. Director of our Institute I.V. Bukhtiyarov took place in this meeting.
